Refund policy

We accept returns within 10 days of the date of delivery at customers expense and will NOT cover shipping cost. Once items are returned we will process a refund for the items ONLY shipping will not be refunded.

If a package is returned to El Closet de Jassy due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package we will refund the items ONLY shipping will not be refunded.

If a package is lost in transit and was NOT returned to El Closet de Jassy due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package we are not liable for the order and will NOT issue a refund.
